  • The upgraded Orbost Gas Plant is expected to deliver 68TJ/day
  • expected total cost of the Orbost Gas Plant project is $605 million, comprising $250 million for the onshore component and $355 million for the offshore development.

    Now: Early civil works have commenced.
    May 2018: Mobilisation of main construction workforce.
    March 2019: Construction works expected to be completed.
    Second Quarter 2019: Commissioning

An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) is a collective industrial agreement between either an employer and a trade union acting on behalf of employees or an employer and employees acting for themselves.

At this stage of the project no EBA’s are available. As any EBA’s are released they will be updated into this article.
